I'll break down exactly what you should do after you have that ‘lightbulb moment’ to turn your idea into a viable business.

🎯 Why Execution Matters More Than the Idea
While a great idea is exciting, the reality is that many brilliant ideas fail because they aren’t executed properly.
In fact, the quality of execution often matters more than the idea itself.
Here’s why...
⤷ Ideas Are Common—Execution Is Rare:
Many entrepreneurs have fantastic concepts, but few take the steps necessary to turn them into reality. Time, doubt and not being able to take action are the common hurdles. It’s sad, but true.
⤷ Market Validation Is Key:
An idea may seem revolutionary to you, but without testing it in the market, you won’t know if it actually has potential.
Validating your concept helps you understand if there’s a genuine need for what you’re offering.

⤷ Start with a Simple Action Plan (Execution)
Ideas remain ideas until you take action.
Begin by creating a simple action plan that outlines the first steps you need to take. Keep it focused and specific—your goal is to start moving, not to have everything perfect.

⤷ Write down 3-5 initial tasks to get going.
For example, “Research competitors,” “Draft a one-page business plan,” or “Create a landing page.” Aim to complete these within the next week and take great conscious pleasure to tick them as you complete them.
⤷ Keep the momentum!
⤷ Test Your Idea with a Small Audience (Market Validation)
You don’t need a massive audience to validate your idea
—start small and focused.
Share your concept with a group of people who match your target audience and get feedback before you invest heavily.
P.S. Don’t create a group that is solely made up of your friends and family here - a lot of them will be “Yes People”.
They will shield you from the entire truth and won’t always fit the profile of your target market.

⤷ Create a quick survey or product prototype.
⤷ Use tools like Typeform or Google Forms to gather feedback.
⤷ Alternatively, run a small social media ad campaign targeting your audience, and track engagement and interest, or join social media groups of where your target audience is to start engagement.
